Sharon is a self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed in everything she does. With over 25 years’ experience in HR Strategy and Leadership, Sharon has a solid HR background gained from her fast tracking career progression within HR. As well as being a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), Sharon also holds a MSc in Human Resources Management. Sharon keeps cool under pressure and demonstrates integrity; she is an excellent communicator and negotiator and has over 7 years direct experience of working within a unionised environment. Sharon has a successful record of leading and managing a HR team and her ability to make sound decisions in complex situations has helped her with her career success.
Ros is a practical and proactive HR professional with over 8 years’ experience working in HR at business partner level. Ros has vast experience across the full remit of HR including resourcing, organisational change, learning and development, pay and reward, employee relations and HR projects. Ros is highly motivated and well-organised with excellent communication skills. Ros prides herself in producing consistent and high quality work as well as having the ability to build strong working relationships.
Sam has over 10 years direct HR experience and started her career in recruitment before moving into HR. Sam has experience both in the public and private sector and the majority of that time has been spent in generalist roles covering all areas in HR, specifically organisational change, recruitment and selection, TUPE and employee relations. Sam also has experience and knowledge of working with Unions. Sam is very thorough and detailed in her approach; customers value her extensive employment law knowledge and her no nonsense advice.
Emily has over 7 years’ experience in HR. She is a very dedicated and efficient HR Advisor who has a sound knowledge of all areas of HR and is especially proficient in getting the most out of Electronic Information Systems. She has good experience of managing all areas of employee relations including absence management, family friendly policies, recruitment and HR projects. Emily prides herself on her good work ethic and she works hard to meet and exceed her objectives. She is innovative and never shies away from change.
The HR Coordination Team
Carol recently graduated from the University of Sheffield with a first class degree in English Literature and Philosophy and joined our team after undertaking a HR placement within the manufacturing sector. She has experience in a variety of customer facing roles, recruitment, and social media management. Carol has strong written communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a passion for working with people. She writes our bi-annual newsletter and weekly employment law blogs.
The HR Admin Team
Liz has extensive experience in administration, with over 15 years’ experience in providing HR administrative support which underpins the HR Services we provide. Liz has a keen eye for detail and as well as being a self-starter she is a highly motivated individual who takes pride in everything she does.
Sally started her career as a Carer before gaining her experience and skills in administration. With over 3 years’ experience in administration Sally has now successfully completed her NVQ in admin. Sally is an excellent communicator and will always go that extra mile to help people.
