The HR Experts (UK) Ltd is led by Sharon Swift, who founded the organisation in February 2007, after a successful HR career delivering strategic and operational HR leadership in the manufacturing and engineering sector.

The company has expanded over the years and now has a team of HR Advisors and HR Administrators who support a wide variety of clients using our bespoke approach to meet their needs.

The experience of our Advisors covers a wide range of industries and business size allowing the team to be able to advise and support on a wide range of areas and specialisms.

We don’t work by offering a one size fits all solution; we find out about our clients first and create a package that is suited to their needs.  You will be assigned your own HR advisor(s) that will work with you, building up relationships and getting to know your business to be able to provide a cost effective and bespoke service.
